Surprisingly, this is also the first situation in which I negotiate for you. How? By getting your home ready, I put you in the best position to compete against other homes on the market. I look forward to visiting you and your home in person. As your representative, we will craft a marketing plan together that best suits your needs and puts your property in it’s best light. Speaking of which, ask how my photographs of your home can get more qualified buyers to visit- the more visits, the better chance of you getting a solid offer. Once your home receives an offer, I continue as a strong negotiator on your behalf, helping you assess the terms of the offer, qualifying the buyer, and guiding you through the inspection period.
