Measuring Disputes

Every transaction I am in is completely different and also the same. The same because the process takes us down the same path. Navigating the path can be different because the homes and the people change every time.

This article in the NY Times caught my eye because it reminded me of a home that I listed where the measurements became an issue for the buyers after an offer had been made and accepted. Because of that transaction, I will now only use either the county information or a licensed appraiser to draw up a floor plan for the purpose of listing the square footage.
